2024 Shiraz (Great Western)

We sourced this fruit from the Sugarloaf Creek Vineyard, as machine harvested fruit/ berries only.

We fermented it naturally with wild yeasts in our winery, and matured this release in a American Oak barrique.

This is our second barrel of this wine bottled.

Deep magenta in color, blackberry jam, a hint of anise, vanilla and black pepper

Drinking nicely now and made to age well for the medium term.
