Pet Nat Pinot Noir

Made from our Warrnambool Pinot Noir, crushed and pressed after picking, this wine was fermented naturally,  before and inside the bottle (method ancestrale) to create a crisp and dry sparkling wine, free from any added preservatives. 

It is a light pink color, has yeasty and Pink Grapefruit aroma's and flavours, and plenty of bubbles. Great to celebrate or just for the fun of it!
